Growing slowly in the Natural environment .

Watercolour Nature Hunt.

Autumn is such a transitional time and one of the most beautiful seasons we get to experience in Ireland.

The colours of Autumn are incredible and change almost daily, what a wonderful time to get out into nature, engage with our senses and go on a watercolour hunt!

We have designed it for you so just click to download or print and head to your local park or green space.

Autumn is a time to follow the trees and just let go. Let it fall and feel your roots strengthen by connecting to the ground beneath your feet.

How to grow slow

Schools out for Summer and without the normal routine, we often see our screen time increasing, as does the number of times we hear the phrase “I’m bored!”

Being bored makes us feel restless. Which can be uncomfortable feeling especially when we tend to live a life that has every day, meal and hour scheduled.

Boredom is a valuable psychological state to learn to navigate. It helps build resilience, creative thinking and agency.

We have designed our Bored Game get off screens this summer and outdoors to grow slow.

Print this beautifully designed game and let the boredom begin.
